About this role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources manager/partner with a tech/startup environment background. If our company values - truthfulness, ambition, learning & experimentation and teamwork - resonate with you personally, apply and let’s rock together!

What you will do

  • Implement, maintain and improve HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, 1on1s, internal communication processes
  • Conduct and execute a periodical employee engagement survey, develop and implement employee engagement strategy
  • Advise the management team on HR related issues
  • Enhance the company culture and implementation of Sonarworks’ values
  • Organize team-building, celebration and bonding activities
  • Own and supervise the remuneration system and HR budget
  • Maintain personnel management system (prepare and develop reports and documentation)
  • Manage the HR team


Requirements

  • At least 3 year experience as an HR manager with an international focus
  • High proficiency in Latvian and English
  • Higher education
  • A proven track record of successfully leading a project initiative in HR or a related field
  • Experience in a startup environment with agile internal processes will be regarded as an advantage
