Student Recruitment Executive

Place of work: East Grinstead or London (2 days working from home after completion of probation period)

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm (one day in the week from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm)


We are looking for a talented person to fill our Student Recruitment role, with the main purpose of growing the business and enrol more students. This job requires persistence, listening, and honest care to be a successful recruiter. You will be provided with leads coming from calls and emails through our website and other promotional activities. Your job is to follow up on these enquiries by calling the prospect and converting these leads into enrolments. This is a consultation sale, so you will be trained in all the courses and assigned a specific college/region.  


The Candidate

The ideal candidate has a natural interest in helping prospective students from all walks of life to get a professional education and career in Natural Therapies. You know how to enlighten and nurture prospective students. You want to achieve your targets, and you want to work with like-minded people in a stable and growing company. We provide training for the role, however, it is required that you already had some successful experience with telesales, other sales roles, recruitment or customer service. The most important is that you are a motivated and driven individual who can take on this challenging role and get the expected results.


The ideal candidate has:

  • ​A proven history of hitting targets and being a top performer.
  • ​Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • A natural ability to build rapport with others.
  • Interest and/or knowledge in Natural Therapies.
