Requirements

  • Experience in driving sales of digital health solutions through employer benefits programs 
  • Track record of building strong relationships within large national employers and employer benefits consultants
  • Ready to establish and refine a launch strategy for adoption within employers, while working independently to execute
  • Strong leadership abilities and entrepreneurial spirit


The Role

  • Utilize past experiences, relationships, and market knowledge to drive new business with large national employers and employer benefits consultants
  • Lead end-to-end commercial sales from sourcing, to managing the pipeline, to closing deals
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive execution
  • Develop, implement and lead a sales strategy and hiring plan for future business during a time of rapid growth
  • Build key relationships with market partners
  • Be the expert source of knowledge around the employee benefits market to drive product marketing
