The recruitment portal, powered by Sage HR, acts as a data processor under the direction of Knotion and is bound by data processing agreements to ensure compliance with POPIA. 


If you withdraw your application or fail to complete the recruitment process, your personal data will be retained for the retention period specified in the Privacy Policy and then securely deleted or anonymised unless you consent to extended retention for future opportunities. 

For further transparency, anonymisation refers to removing all personally identifiable information from the data so it can no longer be linked to an individual.
