We are currently seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join our team and contribute to our growing success in the heart of Riga. If you're a master of time management, possess exceptional attention to detail, and are fluent in English and Latvian, this opportunity is for you.

• At least 1 year of practical experience in law.
• Exceptional time management, multitasking, and prioritizing abilities.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong self-discipline.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and evolving growth-focused atmosphere.
• Excellent command of English and Latvian; proficiency in Russian is a plus.
• Capable of performing job duties from our office location.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and Google Docs.

• Provide legal guidance to colleagues within the organization.
• Assist in the preparation of internal company documents.
• Conduct legal analysis of pertinent regulations applicable to the company.
• Engage in communication with state and municipal authorities.
• Manage the legal aspects of relocating foreign employees to Latvia and their registration with the Immigration Office.
• Perform legal analysis of service agreements and various documents.
• Contribute to AML and compliance efforts, ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory standards.
