About the role

As a Quality Assurance Tester at Ovoko, you will be a part of one four product teams and will be responsible for reviewing software requirements, designing test cases, executing tests and reporting issues. Our QA Lead will always be there to help you grow as a professional and together you will prepare & implement a test plan for the product.

In this role, You will

  • Be responsible for reviewing software requirements, designing test cases, executing tests and reporting issues
  • Prepare and implement test plan together with QA Lead
  • Collaborate with team members to complete shared goals and deliver quality solutions
  • Work in an Agile environment
  • Propose possible changes to the product or work process to the team or QA Lead
  • Share your experience with other QA

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance field
  • Experience in testing web and back-end
  • Experience in API (REST, HTTP) and integration testing (Postman)
  • Database knowledge
  • Experience in test case design
  • Solid knowledge of exploratory testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Understanding of Message Queuing (RabbitMQ) and Containerization (Docker) is a plus
  • Test automation knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with Agile/Kanban (or similar) methodologies and understanding how to work in a software development team
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills

The salary range for this position is 2450-5620 € (gross) per month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss your salary based on your competence and experience
