WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Monitor progression of cabin defects to ensure all issues are resolved in the most expedient manner;
  • Monitoring of technical performance against service level agreements with our customers;
  • Design and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
  • Responsibility for creating any bespoke reports requested by our airline customers (in conjunction with IT Department);
  • Attendance at all customer meetings on a daily basis;
  • Creation of work cards for findings from customer inspections/audits;
  • Liaise with line stations, short-term planning, logistics and IOCC to create dedicated ‘cabin cleanup’ work packages;
  • Stand-in for support engineers within Maintenance Control Centre (Shifts) on an exceptional basis.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • You must hold Aeronautical Engineering Degree or Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance license; Experience with Cabin Furnishings & Systems (ATA 25, 44);
  • You should have at least 2 years of experience with an air carrier, or commercial operator;
  • Experience working with aircraft systems is mandatory;
  • Completed A320, A330, or B737Max aircraft type training or familiarisation courses will be considered an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of EASA rules and regulations is mandatory;
  • Good understanding of the English language;
  • Good knowledge and experience in operating computer software programs and handling computer data and information;
  • Knowledge of OASES will be considered an advantage.
