We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working in a small business environment, the ideal candidate will be hands-on, versatile, and able to work both strategically and tactically across all areas of marketing.

We are a customer-focussed consultancy business, providing high-end cyber security consultancy services that aim to improve the overall security resilience of our customers. This is a key role in a small but growing business, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is comfortable with technical subject matter, and can translate complex cyber security services into clear, engaging messaging that resonates with decision-makers in both public and private sectors.

Our head office is in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, however the role will be largely home-based. The ability to work from our office and collaborate with other stakeholders on occasion would be beneficial.

The work may require travel to locations, UK wide, occasionally to support events. This is flexible and varies depending on requirements.

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.

Event Management

  • Plan and manage participation in industry events, expos, and webinars.

Collaboration & Support
