Our maintenance team plays an important role in maintaining and upkeeping the beautiful 286-acre camp property for our guests.
Daily Responsibilities
Maintain buildings, infrastructure, equipment and grounds with an emphasis on electrical work.
Perform preventative maintenance as well as repairs on existing issues and deferred maintenance.
Assist in other areas as needed including basic plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, landscaping, and automobile care.
Assist with new construction and facility improvements.
Replace or update inoperable building materials and machinery with necessary equipment and parts to meet physical and recreational needs for guests.
Collaborate and maintain healthy working relationships with other departments to ensure a positive work culture.
Maintain clean and organized workshop and storage areas.
Qualifications
Must demonstrate a maturing faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; and confidently articulate that faith.
Ability to create and foster positive relationships with guests and team members.
Must be teachable and easygoing.
Must be adaptable and responsive towards urgent needs and shifts in priorities.
Experience with power tools, heavy machinery, and equipment.
Must be willing to work outdoors, and in inclement weather.
