We joined forces with Brunel International N.V., expanding our global footprint to more than 100 offices across 40 countries and unlocking a range of opportunities to join our rapidly expanding, award-winning team.


We are now looking for a Senior Consultant to focus on consistently contributing NFI and developing candidate networks. You will focus on working in this specialist market vertical to become the go-to individual and subject matter expert within your chosen markets.

The Role

  • Developing relationships with new and existing candidates and clients and networking through to map specific vertical markets and become a go-to player/subject matter expert in this field.
  • Achieving consistent KPI activity and NFI billed against monthly targets.
  • Sharing market information with colleagues globally.
  • Mentoring Research Consultants and Consultants, maintaining open communication with other team members to share information, utilising candidate pipeline generated and contribute qualified open roles to the team pipeline.
  • Recording activity appropriately on Bullhorn.
  • Identify business opportunities whilst delivering an exceptional service to existing clients.

Requirements


  • Our Consultants are commended for their deep-technical knowledge and understanding of the renewables landscape, so you should have a genuine interest in the sector and a real ambition to become an expert in your field. 
  • You will be an experienced 360 Recruiter, independent BD/account manager
  • Energetic and positive approach to work, with a passion to foster strong relationships and develop useful networks
  • A strong communicator who can understand and discuss technical aspects of roles with colleagues and candidates
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages advantageous
  • Share your knowledge and build relationships internally and externally
  • Line Management, leadership or mentoring experience is preferred
  • Renewables experience would be beneficial but not necessary
