• Doing thorough code reviews and ensuring high code quality is maintained with proper tests
• Using sustainable coding patterns that can be easily enhanced and modified subsequently
• Optimization for applications for utmost speed and scalability
• Ensuring the feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Modifying designs and specifications of complex applications.
• Analyzing code, requirements, system risks, and software reliability.
• Ensuring extensive and proper documentation of solution designs and implementation for easy onboarding of new teammates
• Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to deliver requirements
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of JavaScript including its quirks and workarounds (about 5 year)
• Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• In depth understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
• Knowledge of Web Components (preferably with Lit Framework)
• Extensive Experience with JavaScript libraries particularly Angular & ReactJS.
• Proficiency in browser rendering behavior and performance.
• Experience in front-end tools for building applications
• Experience with Backend development with NodeJS for building scalable APIs
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases like Postgres and MongoDB
• Knowledge of documentation tools for front end architecture and designs
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
