Role Summary

To strengthen Seamfix’s presence in the Middle East we are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager based in the UAE, to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with Clients

The main objective of the role is to increase Seamfix's market share in the Middle East, especially in UAE, create local go-to-market strategies, reach individual sales targets and develop & maintain customer relationships in the designated region to ensure market growth.

As an Organization, we are an ISO Certified and must uphold the ISO regulations on information security and data management. As a result, you will ensure that as a data processor all Pii information must be confidential and processed in a well-secured manner through the ISO regulations and follow strict compliance measures.

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for managing end to end Sales which includes the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads and build a qualified pipeline. 
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales with the country head.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Work with stakeholders to appoint channel partners and manage the KPIs of partners. 
  • Own and manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/channel partner relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Answer RFPs and prepare sales proposals for direct customers as well as for partner customers. 
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team or internal stakeholders
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule; coordinate discussions with stakeholders and decision makers; achieve shorter sales closure cycle
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships; visit potential customers for new business; follow up to resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Analyze market data and identify market niche for company's business
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

What you will be needing:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 4 - 7 years experience.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in the Middle East Market
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, decisive, and dogged
  • Be aware of the company's viability and factor company's viability into pricing and revenue generation
  • Understand technology and market trends and future best practice in cash management solutions to meet business needs
