Description

Stewards are responsible for the general cleanliness of all kitchens, Food & Beverage outlets and equipment. They also provide assistance with the setup and breakdown of restaurants and buffet décor.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • A good secondary education with passes in CXC English Language and Mathematics
  • One year’s experience in a similar position preferably in a hotel environment
  • Must be in excellent physical condition to perform extensive walking, bending, lifting and stretching
  • Good customer service, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
