WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • You will review aircraft records to ascertain what cabin modifications are required for aircraft entering the SmartLynx fleet;
  • Select and manage a Part 21 organization, by way of the RFP process for any cabin modifications;
  • Create an aircraft modifications budget for any modifications required on any aircraft entering the SmartLynx Fleet;
  • Liaise with the Base Maintenance Manager for costs associated with modifications and Part 145 to be used for such modifications;
  • Ensure the Fleet Materials Controller is briefed and aware of the material requirements to be able to order in a timely manner;
  • Liaise with Technical Services for any structural or systems modifications that are required for any aircraft entering the SmartLynx fleet to be ordered on time and cost captured in the EIS budget;
  • Review aircraft fleet for cabin alignment program and construct a financial budget for this requirement;
  • Ensure Lessors are notified of any cabin modifications and approval sought where required.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • You must have at least 3-5 years of experience in an aircraft technical role;
  • Graduate of Degree in Engineering or Part 66 (or equivalent) License;
  • At least 2 years of CAMO experience;
  • Demonstratable knowledge of EASA Part 21 requirements;
  • You have the ability to multi-task and solve problems in a cost/time-efficient way;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within scheduled timelines;
  • Ability to work well with others as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate assigned projects;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Good knowledge and experience in operating computer software programs, and handling computer data and information.
