Tax Advisory (Senior Level)

The Tax Advisory Senior will play a key role in supporting the tax advisory team in delivering high‑quality services to clients across various industries. The role covers complex domestic and international tax planning, compliance matters, and advisory work. Responsibilities include preparing tax ruling requests, conducting in‑depth technical research, and supervising junior team members. Strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and leadership capabilities are essential for success in this position.

• Manage, review, and ensure accuracy of applications, forms, and documentation for tax purposes.
• Prepare and submit tax ruling requests to relevant authorities.
• Provide tax advisory services on complex transactions, business structures, and cross‑border matters.
• Conduct comprehensive tax research and prepare detailed technical memorandums.
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members.
• Monitor and interpret changes in tax laws, regulations, and guidelines to ensure ongoing compliance.
• As the need arises, he/she may also assist the team handling tax audits in preparing position papers for submission to the tax authorities and participate in the discussions with the tax audit officers. 

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree in Tax Law, or CPA/Tax certification is an advantage).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws and regulations; exposure to international tax is required.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of English.
