The Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated ‘Admin Assistant’ to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of various administrative tasks. Job Description

  • General Administrative Support: Including answering direct phone calls, emails, directing enquiries to appropriate personnel, organising documents, and filing systems.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Manage and update calendars to ensure accuracy.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets. Ensuring records are updated regularly and kept accurately.
  • Student Payment: Tracking and liaising with students in relation to missed payments and their enrolment to the programmes.
  • Reporting: Providing regular and accurate reports for General Manager and other team members. Liaising with different managers, suppliers, and stakeholders as an when required.
  • Improvements: Contribute to the development and improvement of different systems and processes.

Person Specification

  • A-Levels or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
