SMARTLYNX AIRLINES CREWING OU is looking for Cabin Crew Line Trainer.

Our group airlines specialize in full-service ACMI aircraft lease services and are acknowledged ACMI, cargo and charter providers in the EU on Airbus A320, A321 and A330 aircraft. 



From year to year they are growing - in fleet size, block hours, team members, and number of awards. 

Dear applicants- this is only for current SmartLynx Senior Cabin Crew members.

• At least secondary education, college, or equivalent;
• Previous experience as Senior Cabin Crew Member for at least one year with SmartLynx Airlines is a must;
• Required expertise to successfully pass the LT selection and to complete Instructional Techniques course and Line Trainers Training;
• Excellent mental capacity to make quick, smart, and rational decisions using common sense and a positive attitude;
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills;
• Very good English Language Proficiency (minimum Level 3).

• To conduct Aircraft Familiarisation Visits;
• To conduct Familiarisation Flights for Cabin Crew members;
• To conduct Familiarisation Flights and In-flight Checks for SCCM’s;
• To make proposals for improving safety standards and efficiency in training and line operations;
• To fill out training and checking forms in MINT and submit results in written format promptly upon completion of the training or checking.
