The Mid Ocean Club Ltd. is a private member’s Club and will be referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us,” and where we refer to “you” or “your,” we are referring to you as an applicant.
By applying for an open job position with the Mid Ocean Club, we collect and process your personal data relating to you and your job application.

The information we collect includes, but is not limited to:

How do we collect your information?
All the information is provided by you through the job application website via Sage HR, your resume/CV, identity documents, public social media accounts, or other forms collected during the recruitment process. The information may be held in electronic or paper form.
With consent we may also collect information from third parties such as job or character references specifically related to your application for employment.
Your personal information may be kept with regards to only the specific position applied for or may be stored for other positions that may be posted in the future. You may choose which you would prefer. If at any time you would like your personal information to be removed from our data storage system, please advise us in writing to [email protected] and your information will be deleted or destroyed.
Why are we collecting or processing your personal information?
Processing data from job applicants allows us to manage our recruitment process, review a candidate’s suitability, and make relevant job offers to the qualified applicant.
We also need to process your data to ensure that we are complying with our legal obligations by checking your eligibility to work in Bermuda prior to a job offer. Additionally, we have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data during the recruitment process and in keeping records relating to this process to ensure effective Human Resources/business administration.
Who has access to your data?
Your information may be shared internally for the purposes of recruitment, including to the Human Resources team, the relevant hiring manager/s and other department interviewers, the General Manager, and other staff who may be involved in the recruitment process.
Your information will not be shared with a third party unless agreed to by you, and with your consent throughout the onboarding process.
