Senior Cabin Crew Member (Internal position for Contracted Cabin Crew)

SMARTLYNX AIRLINES CREWING OU is looking for enthusiastic cabin crew members who, after successfully completing the SSCM course, can, in addition to their cabin crew member duties, also fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the Senior Cabin Crew Member.


Our group airlines specialize in full-service ACMI aircraft lease services and are acknowledged ACMI, cargo and charter providers in the EU on Airbus A320, A321 and A330 aircraft. 



From year to year they are growing - in fleet size, block hours, team members, and number of awards. 


Requirements:

- A minimum of 12 months’ continuous flying experience;

- Minimum age 23;

- Excellent English language skills both Verbal & Written, clear pronunciations;

- Mature personality and ability to solve complicated situations, both in the team and with passengers;

- People-management skills coupled with strong communication and adaptation skills;

- Positive mind-set; 

- Caring and service-oriented attitude towards colleagues and clients;

- Flexibility to accept last-minute roster changes and motivate your team;

- High-stress tolerance;

- Positive Cabin Crew record (during Operations had demonstrated ability to work according to SmartLynx procedures, safety and service standards) and training feedback from ground school.








Main duties:

- To follow SmartLynx policies and procedures at all times;

- Ensure that the cabin crew deliver a high standard of safety, service and the overall inflight customer experience;

- Supervise and coordinate Cabin Crew members work during the flight, including mentoring and assisting;

- Set appearance and attitude examples according to SmartLynx standards;

- In cooperation with the commander, take responsibility for the team during the flight and Layovers;

- Act as a conflict manager for both: passengers and Crew Members;

- Follow the discipline issues (late reporting time, rude attitude toward colleagues and/or passengers, harassment issue, theft and fraud) in the team during the flight;

- Complete all relative paperwork according to Cabin Crew Manual;

- Ensure every Customers journey is safe, seamless and memorable;

- Presenting a positive, professional image of SmartLynx to the customer;

- Assist Cabin Department in base, if required;

- Perform familiarization flights when assigned.
