About the Role

The GOOD Agency are looking for a Project Manager to join our Client Services team. This role will be to manages projects and ensure delivery is on time, on budget and of the highest quality


Candidates will ideally have a passion for charities, purpose and doing good.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management -

  • Manage a project pipeline, anticipating when work will hit the agency, managing resourcing and flagging team capacity accordingly
  • Manage internal and external resources to ensure optimum quality and profitability on projects, including helping to source and manage freelancers and external suppliers as necessary
  • Own project timeline plans and cost estimates
  • Manage and own the quality control process
  • Managing pitches, running effective processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Brief media agencies/suppliers/partners where required


Creative & Production -

  • Be the voice of production in work reviews and projects
  • Display a strong knowledge of print production, and manage / liaise with print production companies with confidence
  • Relay agency feedback to Artwork in a constructive manner
  • Oversee and ensure appropriate sign-off of all agency work before sending onto the client to maintain quality standards. Ensuring that any quality issues are rectified as part of the process.


Financial Management -

  • Produce cost estimates, reflective of client budgets and considering optimum project processes
  • Show awareness of and proactively manage profit margins for individual jobs
  • Support the team in meeting profit margin targets and
  • Maximising the gross profit target of the team/agency


Client Services -

  • Relationship management for projects
  • Support Client Services team
  • Interaction with Clients


Knowledge / Skills & Requirements

Skills -

  • Communication confidently, clearly and concisely (both written and verbal)
  • Able to convey technical information to non-technical people clearly and effectively
  • Relationship building
  • Project management skills


Experience & Qualifications -

  • Integrated agency experience
  • Multi-channel
  • Integrated Project management
  • Time management
  • DM and TV production (not essential)
