Developer in QA (Automation & Tools Focus)

We are looking for an experienced Developer with a solid understanding of Quality Assurance methods and a strong interest in building automated testing solutions, internal tools, and testing infrastructure. The primary focus of this role is to identify repetitive manual QA efforts and replace them with efficient, computer-controlled systems that confirm high product quality, optimize engineering workflows and accelerate delivery times.

• Develop and maintain test automation solutions (scripts, frameworks, tools);
• Build and support internal tools: testing, manufacturing, configuration;
• Work with embedded systems (FW + HW interaction) in a testing context;
• Analyze system-level issues and help identify root causes;
• Collaborate closely with Firmware and Hardware teams to resolve quality issues;
• Contribute to improving QA processes, methodologies, and infrastructure;
• Maintain technical documentation;
• Accelerate product delivery times through automation and tooling.

• 2+ years of experience in programming (focused on C, C#, Python);
• Understanding of embedded systems (FW and HW interaction);
• Basic electronics knowledge;
• Experience working with lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer);
• Experience or strong interest in automation and test tooling development;
• Ability to troubleshoot and work with real hardware devices;
• Experience with version control systems (Git);
• Good English communication skills.

Advantage if:

• Experience with HW products test automation;
• Hands-on experience with C# or Python (especially in testing or tooling);
• Familiarity with: JIRA, Xray/TestRail, Confluence;
• Knowledge of: GNSS, LTE, 2G/3G, communication protocols (CAN, RS232, RS485, etc.).
