Resi-Comm Supervisor

A new opportunity has come up to work with us, a market leading company in Property Damage Restoration!

Permanent, full time

39 hours per week

As a Resi-Comm Supervisor your daily duties will be:


  • Undertaking initial site inspection and reporting the findings
  • Liaising with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policyholders as required.
  • Carrying out the scope of works
  • Responsible for the completion of Method Statements, Risk Assessment, Asbestos and Construction Phase Plan (CPP) in relation to the project.
  • Implementation of suitable drying techniques.
  • Undertaking moisture surveys during the drying process
  • Ensuring the instructing principal is regularly updated
  • Responsible for the day-to-day contact with the customer
  • Liaising with the claims handler to keep them up to date on all aspects of the project.
  • Maintaining a flexible approach to the role, including participation in the call out rota and some anti-social working hours (including weekends).
  • Adherence to the Company Management Procedures, Quality and Health & Safety Policies always.
  • Ensuring the van is equipped, clean and serviced
  • Ensuring you and others are fully trained on health and safety
  • Maintaining a visit log
