Resi-Comm Supervisor

Permanent, full time
39 hours per week
As a Resi-Comm Supervisor your daily duties will be:
- Undertaking initial site inspection and reporting the findings
- Liaising with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policyholders as required.
- Carrying out the scope of works
- Responsible for the completion of Method Statements, Risk Assessment, Asbestos and Construction Phase Plan (CPP) in relation to the project.
- Implementation of suitable drying techniques.
- Undertaking moisture surveys during the drying process
- Ensuring the instructing principal is regularly updated
- Responsible for the day-to-day contact with the customer
- Liaising with the claims handler to keep them up to date on all aspects of the project.
- Maintaining a flexible approach to the role, including participation in the call out rota and some anti-social working hours (including weekends).
- Adherence to the Company Management Procedures, Quality and Health & Safety Policies always.
- Ensuring the van is equipped, clean and serviced
- Ensuring you and others are fully trained on health and safety
- Maintaining a visit log
