Senior Digital Content Designer

What it is

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Senior Digital Content Designer to join our growing team. Do you have a strong interest and experience in graphic design, social media, and online campaigns? We are looking for someone who will champion our brand experience across multiple mediums to drive consistency across all sales, marketing, and communication touchpoints. You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and Head of Design. 

What you’ll do

• Create, explore, set trends, and push boundaries to help us build an enduring brand
• Collaborate with key stakeholders
• Oversee the prioritization and assignment of all creative requests, and establish processes to keep the team creatively inspired and focused on the priorities
• Mentor, support, and inspire and share your knowledge on new technologies, tools, design, and digital trends with your colleagues

What you’ll need

Minimum Qualifications

• A strong design portfolio of recognizable work for a high-profile client, focusing on Social Media and Brand Design
• Extensive online expertise
• Experience in brand asset creation of online and social media campaigns
• An eye for digital design, typography, and color 
• Experienced in using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator 
• At least 5 years of relevant graphic design experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Motivation to manage your projects and work with a passion for details
• Experience working with healthcare and digital product
• A positive outlook, strong communication skills, and a “here-to-help” attitude
• Knowledge of video, motion design, and print is a plus
