Senior Solution Owner (WMS)

• Act as a strategic partner for the Warehouse Management Solutions space, owning the full lifecycle from concept to product retirement.
• Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for WMS products in collaboration with business and IT leadership.
• Lead a global, cross-functional team including Senior, Mid-level, and Junior Solution Analysts, as well as external partners.
• Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of WMS products - from initial strategy through deployment, optimization, and decommissioning.
• Drive transformational change and modernization within warehouse operations through technology.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to align product development with business goals and operational needs.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and ownership within the product and delivery teams.

• Several years of experience in IT product and service delivery, with strong product management and leadership capabilities.
• Previous experience leading technology and organizational transformation initiatives, particularly in WMS.
• In-depth understanding of warehouse operations and related logistics technologies.
• Proven experience managing global teams and working with diverse delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc.).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional priorities.
• Solid track record in talent development and team performance management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and coordination across teams.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
