Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with various clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, , and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and will involve managing data entry, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
Duties
- General administrative duties such as photocopying, filing and key handling
- Assist in the administration of owner certification for all the properties on the Park
- Assist with correspondence to owners for ongoing charges and ensuring all owner details and files are up to date
- Assisting with payments via the company’s payment system
- Greeting customers and guests
- Provide assistance in regard to the administration of sales
- Place any orders for office, housekeeping and maintenance
- Competently and efficiently assist and resolve owners on the park with any queries they may have including via email
- Assisting to upkeep relevant databases and the information they contain
- Processing supplier invoices
- Assist with the implementation of the park Rules and all legislations applicable to the park.
- Undertaking monthly health and safety inspections
Experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
