We are recruiting an enthusiastic Contract Coordinator to join our highly successful team in our Head Office. You will be an integral part of our team and provide an efficient, thorough and accurate support to the Contract Operations Team


The Role

  • Managing existing contractors on a daily basis, handling queries, requests and joining instructions
  • Managing and monitoring workers rotas and communicating these effectively
  • Responsible for collecting certification and insurance documents, working with compliance and administration team to ensure all are valid and audited regularly
  • Researching and arranging work permits, visas and immigration processes
  • Arranging PPE & Travel/Accommodation
  • Supporting with offers and contracts issuing to candidates and clients (as required / authorised)
  • Provision of support to management and senior consultants on specific projects on an ad-hoc basis
  • Supporting team with resourcing of suitable candidates for international roles during peak times





Requirements


  • Previous experience in a contracts / crewing / personnel co-ordinator position
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Experience processing international visa applications desirable
  • Highly organised, flexible, and confident, the successful candidate will be able to manage several work streams effectively at once, prioritising workload and working well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential, as is a naturally high standard of communication
  • A tenacious and active working style, with the ability to follow through a task to completion
  • Innovative and able to solve problems and overcome challenges while remaining calm
  • Confident, professional telephone manner – with ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent MS Office skills and a keen eye for detail when collating information and creating professional documents
  • Have commitment, flexibility and a personal style suited to working within a growing business
  • Have a can-do attitude and a desire to find solutions to problems and contribute to the improvement and ongoing development of the business as a whole
