BUSINESS ANALYST (BETTING)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in betting to join our team and become a vital part of our product decisions. 

We are looking for a rising star in the betting world. Someone who loves sports and betting as we do.

Our ideal candidate is ready to dive into our product, delve into the details and fully understand our pros and cons (or just pros ;)).

He is not afraid of launching his projects and is ready to support them after launching. He wants his ideas and tasks to be realized and not gather dust in the backlog.

YOU CAN'T DO WITHOUT:

1. Test tasks (we have two tests for this position);
2. Experience in betting (really, don't even try without it);
3. Experience in the IT-sphere;
4. Fluency in Russian and English (both spoken and written).

• Fluency in spoken and written Russian and English;
• At least one year of experience as a Product Owner in the IT area;
• At least three years of experience in betting (trading, risk management, support, sport analytic);
• Deep understanding of betting market and burning desire to explore new markets;
• Ability to convert ideas to tasks, create clear and concise requirements; 
• SDLC for you is not only an abbreviation;
• Ability to speak as equals to business stakeholders, managers, developers, testers and designers, traders;
• Hunger to researches and analysis, exploring new markets;
• Willingness and desire to find the correct information, analyse it, make conclusions and propose further steps; 
• Ability to present ideas to broad audiences.

• Technical background;
• Experience in B2B software company;
• Experience with iGaming or betting products development.

• To lead feeds and other product integrations (from research to production);
• Collect, define and describe trading and risk-management requests and deliver them to the team;
• Create detailed and precise requirements, tasks, documents;
• Analyse current implementation and, based on it, prepare a list of improvements for BO, trading, and risk management tools;
• Analyse, assess and document new ideas and requests, considering risks, opportunities and impacts;
• Creating new product features from idea to implementation and results analysis;
• Constant research of market trends and competitors.
