Treasury Specialist

And now we are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Treasury Specialist, who are ready to be a part of a talented international team. The Treasury Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's day-to-day cash management activities, ensuring efficient cash flow management, and supporting various treasury operations. This role involves close collaboration with the finance team to enhance financial performance through effective cash management, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Cash Management:

• Monitor daily cash flow and maintain optimal cash levels.
• Perform cash reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash positions.
• Process and manage daily cash transactions.
• Oversee and control accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

Forecasting and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to predict future financial liquidity.
• Prepare regular treasury reports for senior management, including cash position reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.

Safeguarding responsibilities:

• Implement safeguarding measures in accordance with FCA guidance.
• Ensure that customer funds are segregated and protected in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to verify that customer funds are accurately accounted for and safeguarded.
• Maintain and update safeguarding records and documentation.
• Report any safeguarding breaches or issues to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.

System Management and Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in treasury management.
• Support the implementation of new treasury systems and technologies.

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with various departments, including AML and IT, to support business initiatives.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by the Finance Lead.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in treasury, finance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
