In a nutshell

As Merchant Onboarding & Relationship Executive, you will work directly with online merchants to build Pointspay’s global partner network. Your goal is to effectively onboard online merchants to our platform and co-ordinate all associated administrative, financial and technical aspects of the relationship.  

What you will be responsible for

  • Lead merchant onboarding process, leveraging available eCom plugins and API integration as applicable in each case. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plugin installation and/or API integration issues.  
  • Shopping portal content refreshes, promotion setups and campaign management.  
  • Support of key merchants and program partners including technical and marketing operations related topics. 


What you will need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related area. 
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce system landscape (i.e., Woo Commerce, Magento, Shopify, API integrations). 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. 
  • Keen interest in web technologies, fintech and e-commerce. 
  • Strong customer/merchant technical support experience with a service-oriented, solution-focused and customer-centric mindset. 
  • 1+ years’ experience in PSP or the e-commerce / card industry. 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel in the context of data analysis, reporting and reconciliation.
