• Work closely with Business representatives and Developers, System Owners and System Analysts to gather and manage the assigned project requirements;
• Collaborate with Developers to transition requirements into development as well as to understand available technologies and implementation restrictions;
• Pro-actively offer technical improvements to processes and identify business process simplification opportunities;
• Communicate with Developers during implementation to ensure requirements are developed as requested;
• Participate in solution/software prototype building;
• Actively communicate the issues and results of the work performed with Business;
• Participate in solution testing, determination of additional requirements, bug fixing.

• You likely have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field;
• Experience and knowledge of Agile and Scrum software development principles;
• Knowledge of software development processes;
• Initiative and responsible, self-time management, and problem-solving;
• Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly;
• Full proficiency in English and preferably also Latvian and/or Russian language;
• Good knowledge of business and system requirements definition (Gap Analysis, Use Cases, User Stories, Storyboard, Acceptance Criteria).
