Head of Sales Department | MOGO Georgia

We are looking for a driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales department in Mogo Georgia. As part of an international fintech company, you will own the full sales function with a strong focus on B2C - driving individual customer acquisition, optimizing the end-to-end sales journey, and building a high-performing local team. You will design outbound campaigns, refine the sales process, and play a key role in establishing our brand as the go-to car leasing solution for Georgian consumers.


What you will do:

Leadership & Strategy

•       Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives

•       Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (B2C outbound callers)

•       Set individual and team KPIs; run regular performance reviews and coaching sessions

•       Collaborate with C-suite and product teams to align sales efforts with business development

B2C Sales (Primary Focus)

•       Own the individual customer sales funnel end-to-end - from lead generation and outbound outreach to contract signing

•       Drive customer acquisition targets across digital, outbound calling, internal dealership, and referral channels

•       Develop and refine sales scripts, objection-handling playbooks, and conversion tactics

•       Ensure an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the leasing journey

•       Analyze funnel metrics and continuously optimize conversion rates at each stage

•       Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with sales pipeline and seasonal demand

B2B Sales (Secondary)

•       Build and maintain relationships with local business partners and referral networks

Outbound & Growth

•       Design and run structured outbound calling campaigns; set call volume and conversion targets

•       Implement CRM best practices and sales automation to scale outreach efficiently

•       Identify new market segments, product opportunities, and partnership channels

•       Work with Marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales pipeline needs

Reporting & Operations

•       Own sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and monthly/quarterly revenue results

•       Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in car leasing & fintech

•       Manage sales budget and resource allocation effectively

Requirements

What you will need:

Must Have

•       5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role

•       Strong B2C sales background - consumer-facing products or services, preferably in fintech, automotive, or leasing

•       Experience managing outbound sales teams and call-based sales processes

•       Proven ability to drive consumer acquisition and optimize conversion funnels

•       Proficiency with CRM systems

•       Data-driven mindset - comfortable with KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline analysis

•       Fluent in Georgian and English

•       Deep understanding of the Georgian consumer market

Nice to Have

•       Background in fintech, leasing, automotive finance, or consumer financial services

•       Experience working for an international company in a local market role

•       Familiarity with digital sales channels and marketing automation

•       Existing network within the Georgian consumer or automotive market
