Finxflo is looking for an amazing Head of Institutional Sales to support our growth!

Finxflo is a regulated crypto brokerage designed to help traders access the best prices with an unparalleled level of transparency and efficiency.

We are looking for a Head of Institutional sales that is enthusiastic to lead and grow Finxflo’s regional sales team, directly contributing to business growth and retention.

In short, what you will be doing

  • Identifies and cultivates prospects and/or clients to drive revenues
  • Experience with leading and mentoring the sales team
  • Motivate your sales team to achieve the best they can
  • Meet sales goals outlined by management
  • Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities
  • Exploit your sales experience and implement creative strategies to achieve revenue growth
  • Lead new business meetings and closes sales to institutional investors and other businesses
  • Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts through business development activities and upselling
  • Consistent proactive and creative engagements with prospective contacts
  • Develops and maintains relationships with sub-advisors and consultants
  • Collaborates with Marketing team on product and sales materials, ensuring they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity
  • Work closely with Finxflo team members to develop sales opportunities

What you need to bring along

  • More than 8 years’ sales experience in traditional finance, capital markets, or digital currencies
  • Experience in sales origination role, preferably in prime brokerage, securities lending, swaps, etc.
  • Interest in crypto currencies and enthusiasm about Finxflo’s products and business model
  • Proven ability in building and maintaining high value institutional relationships
  • Taking ownership of the complete sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to represent Finxflo’s culture and values to our institutional counterparties
  • Determination to succeed and establish a high performing regional institutional sales team
