We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing Data Analytics team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their data career to work on real business challenges, strengthen their technical skills, and contribute to meaningful projects across the company. 

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from various systems
• Investigate and resolve data anomalies or quality issues
• Deliver regular and ad hoc KPI reports that support strategic decisions
• Support business units by understanding data-related questions and providing actionable insights
• Maintain documentation for analytics workflows and data sources
• Contribute to automated report development and data loading processes

• Basic knowledge of SQL, including writing queries, joins, subqueries, and aggregations
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards and visualizations in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Familiarity with DAX in Power BI will be considered as advantage
• Ability to understand business questions and translate them into technical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Basic understanding of databases and data pipelines
• Comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with a team
• Good communication skills, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment
