We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Paid Media Manager to head up our Paid Social team in either our Newcastle or Leeds office.

This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about developing digital marketing talent and who thrives in managing paid social strategies across a variety of channels.

The role

You'll be responsible for:

# Managing, supporting and developing a team of ambitious paid social executives.

# Managing and optimising performance of your own portfolio of Paid Social Accounts across multiple platforms and industry verticals, working with some of our largest e-commerce and lead generation clients.

# Conducting performance reporting, automation, testing roadmaps, campaign innovation, and finance processes.

# Building strong relationships with all client stakeholders and platform partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

# Maximising operational efficiencies, identifying process improvement opportunities, and helping implement best practices within the team.

# Supporting client services and contributing towards client calls and meetings with a variety of stakeholders

# Staying up to date with advances in Social Channels, Strategies,

and other areas of Online Marketing.

The person

Ideally you'll have:

# A minimum of 3 years' experience in Paid Social, with a strong understanding of key platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok. 

# At least 1 years' experience managing and developing team members.

# Excellent data analysis skills, with a deep understanding of both the strategic and tactical application of paid social activity within the broader context of digital marketing.

# Proven experience managing activity across both B2B and E-commerce sectors and managing multi-channel approaches with varied marketing objectives.

# Strong proficiency in productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.

# A passion for marketing and advertising, with experience in campaign management and a drive to contribute significantly to successful outcomes.

# Strong time management skills with an ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

# A commercially focused approach with a strategic mindset, able to drive growth and enhance the performance marketing team.
