As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will help drive data-informed decision-making across our marketing and customer lifecycle activities. You will analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, retention, and utilization trends across multiple markets, providing actionable insights that improve business performance, customer value, and return on investment.


YOUR MISSION

  • Analyzing marketing, CRM, retention, and utilization performance across multiple markets
  • Monitoring and evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Analyzing customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Identifying growth opportunities and optimization areas through data analysis
  • Analyzing customer behavior and developing actionable customer segments
  • Monitoring website and application funnel performance and identifying drop-off points
  • Evaluating CRM campaign performance and recommending improvements
  • Preparing regular performance analyses, reports, and business insights for management
  • Supporting marketing budget allocation and investment decisions through data-driven recommendations
  • Designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests and experiments
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, CRM, digital, operations, and BI teams
  • Developing recommendations that improve business performance and customer value



YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and customer lifecycle management
  • Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations and actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent English language skills


Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, e-commerce, or consumer lending
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with forecasting, cohort analysis, attribution modelling, and customer lifetime value analysis
  • Basic knowledge of Python or other analytical tools
