YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and further develop the Human Resources department, taking full ownership of all HR topics
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from workforce planning to offboarding
- Operate and continuously improve already digitalized and streamlined HR processes and tools
- Own and execute the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to contract signing
- Maintain and enhance the existing onboarding program, with a focus on scaling and digital learning formats (e.g. video trainings)
- Monitor and report relevant HR KPIs
- Advise and coach the leadership team and managers on labor law, performance management, and employee engagement
- Coordinate and lead the annual compensation, bonus, and performance review cycles, including coaching managers on effective feedback
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal HR policies
- Lead and implement strategic and operational HR projects (e.g. employee engagement, performance review processes, talent development)
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives
YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR certification (minimum: eidg. Dipl. HR-Fachfrau/ -Fachmann)
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR roles, with full ownership of the entire employee lifecycle
- Leadership qualities with interpersonal awareness, empathy, and the ability to drive results.
- Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Solid understanding of Swiss employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Passion for aviation and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a strong plus
