Customer Success Manager

Our innovative and disruptive solution prompts training organizations and flight instructors to reconsider their approach. The customer success manager maintains consistent communication with clients, aiding them in building training schedules for most efficient training and supporting them in achieving acceptance for the diverse syllabi at local NAA. The primary objective is to maximize the value for the customers and increase the amount of training hours.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the customer maximizing credited flight hours on his FSTD.
  • Support customers with integrating their training programs and approval processes with the authorities.
  • Regular communication with the customer.
  • Develop and test new training programs in collaboration with our customers (e.g., new training opportunities for specialized operations). Collaborate with our customers (external) and internal product office.
  • Ability to understand the customer’s needs and know the system (IOS) inside out.
  • Evaluate the performance of the FSTD and advise the client on how to increase his creditable hours.
  • Supports the sales team with onsite clients; operates and shows capabilities of the device

YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in aviation; of advantage one or more type ratings (H125, H145, R22).
  • Experience in flight training and safety environment in rotary and / or fixed wing.
  • Knowledge of the relevant regulation.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
  • Fluent in German (min. B2 level is a must) and English.
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland.

A PLUS WOULD BE:

  • Being a FI / FE.
