YOUR MISSION

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, cctv and other office IT equipment
  • Respond to user-reported problems in a timely and effective manner using Jira ticketing system
  • Manage user devices using the device management tool - Intune
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions in Azure AD, O365 and other systems
  • Physic network, device installation and maintenance-related tasks (cable patching, device installation, configuration)
  • Monitor stem performance, network connectivity, and server health using monitoring tools
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents in accordance with company security policies
  • Maintain and update knowledge base with IT procedures, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and documentation for IT services, software, and equipment
  • Perform IT equipment purchases according to internal procedures
  • Keep and update e inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses using the asset register
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors when necessary
  • Participating in security investigations and compliance reviews, as requested by internal or external auditors
  • Participating in IT-related projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or rollouts
  • Assist in maintaining and testing business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Provide training or documentation to end users when rolling out new technologies
  • Provide one-on-one or group training sessions on company systems and tools
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance IT service delivery and efficiency
  • Provide regular status updates to management on ongoing IT issues, projects, and system health


YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 3 years of proven IT experience, including network administration and system support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven knowledge of computer hardware/software and WAN/LAN devices.
  • Thorough understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity, and best practices in IT management.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage IT projects and coordinate with global IT teams.
