SEO Consultant

Our SEO Consultants play a crucial role in driving our clients’ organic performance. They help identify our clients’ SEO opportunities from the first day they're onboarded with us. They have a broad knowledge of each aspect of search, however they are particularly strong in strategic and on-site SEO disciplines.


Partnering with the account team and specialist SEO teams is essential to help everyone understand how we are performing and how each of their efforts are contributing to the client’s overall search performance.

The role

SEO Consultants are responsible for:

# Leading and directing the SEO account teams and ensuring all team members understand the client’s SEO performance and the strategy you helped set.

# Taking charge of client’s technical and content roadmaps – defining monthly workflows and how this ties into wider account activity.

# Being the main SEO contact for client teams and helping them understand the business/commercial benefits of our proposed SEO activity.

# Alongside Account Directors & Project Managers, creating client roadmaps and proactively checking progress across all SEO activity.

# Knowing your client’s organic landscape better than anyone else; understanding their challenges, what the key opportunities for growth are and what role SEO plays in their marketing activity.

# Being genuinely passionate and excited about the activity and the results we’re delivering for our clients, and sharing these updates with the rest of the agency at every opportunity.

The person

Ideally you'll have:

# An in depth understanding of search engine optimisation and relevant tracking & research tools.

# Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

# Excellent time management and organisational skills.

# An analytical mind and strong commercial awareness, with excellent problem-solving skills and the willingness to own a problem and deliver a solution.

# A high attention to detail with the ability to deliver above-standard documentation and the confidence to self-motivate and manage your own workload.

# A love of learning and bags of enthusiasm to always be getting better.

# Strong communication skills.
