Project Manager

We are expanding our Project Management Team, which ensures the successful execution of complex, cross-functional projects across engineering, certification, production and customer delivery. We drive projects that shape the future of aviation training.

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate projects across departments, manage timelines and ensure that deliverables are met on time, within scope and with high quality. We are looking for someone who does not shy away from complexity and enjoys hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan projects in collaboration with the project management team and all relevant stakeholders
• Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure optimal use of resources across all projects
• Define requirements and work packages
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Act as a key stakeholder liaison, managing communication and expectations across departments and with external partners
• Ensure transparent reporting and documentation on all projects

• Proven experience in project management
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented work style
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills in German (min. B2 level) and English
• Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility
• Valid work permit for Switzerland or citizenship of an EU/EFTA country (must-have)

• Passion for aviation or experience in the field
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or software engineering processes
• Technical background in engineering
• Familiarity with project planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira)
