YOUR MISSION

As a an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple branches, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving sales and performance. You will play a key role in maintaining operational standards, supporting branch teams, and contributing to the growth of the business.

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Lead, coach, and support branch teams to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Monitor branch performance, including sales, loan processing, and operational KPIs
  • Conduct regular branch audits and ensure timely resolution of identified gaps
  • Drive sales initiatives, campaigns, and customer acquisition activities
  • Support and monitor mobile unit operations, ensuring effective planning and execution
  • Identify operational improvements and implement process enhancements
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to management
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance across all branches
  • Support operational tasks and escalate key issues to management where required


YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in branch management within credit, banking, or insurance industries
  • Strong understanding of sales, operations, and customer service principles
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Grade 12 (Matric) / High School Diploma required; relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
