YOUR MISSION

As Regional HR Lead for Europe, you'll be the senior HR partner for three countries - leading their local HR teams and making sure our people and managers have what they need to do their best work. • Be the trusted advisor to country leadership and managers on everything from employee relations to org and talent decisions
  • Ensure consistent, compliant HR practices across your markets, staying current with local labour law
  • Own the people processes that matter across the employee lifecycle -development, performance, engagement, and reward
  • Spot what your region needs and drive the HR projects that make a real difference

  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach, comfortable balancing group consistency with local reality
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable using MS Office and HR systems (e.g., SageHR or similar)

Nice to have
