YOUR MISSION

As a Financial Controller, you won't just report the numbers, you'll help shape the story behind them.

Working across multiple markets, you'll transform financial data into actionable insights, challenge existing processes, strengthen financial governance, and support decisions that drive business performance.


  • Leading month-end closing and financial reporting processes while continuously improving efficiency and quality
  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data across multiple markets
  • Supporting compliance with IFRS and internal financial policies
  • Partnering with local finance teams and external advisors to drive consistency and best practices across regions
  • Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities that support business objectives
  • Preparing financial analyses and performance insights for management and key stakeholders
  • Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring timely resolution of audit findings
  • Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, controls, and reporting capabilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency


YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, auditing, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support local teams and business initiatives
