As Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting the Group's operations across multiple markets, partnering closely with business teams to provide practical legal advice, manage legal risks, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

• Provide day-to-day legal support to the Group and its subsidiaries on corporate, commercial, and non-bank lending regulatory matters.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory developments across the Group's markets, assessing their impact and supporting implementation.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documentation.
• Advise management and business teams on legal risks, regulatory requirements, and strategic business initiatives.
• Support corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder documentation where required.
• Cooperate with external legal advisers and regulatory authorities when necessary.
• Contribute to the development of internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to support sustainable business growth.

• Master’s degree in Law
• At least 3 years of professional experience preferably in a law firm, financial institution, fintech
• Strong skills in legal analysis and drafting
• Good understanding of corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent knowledge of legal English and Latvian
• Business mind-set and result-oriented approach
• High sense of responsibility
