Aviation Simulator Sales Executive (International)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Aviation Simulator Sales Manager. In this position you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for selling our cutting edge technology aviation simulators based on virtual reality to a wide range of customers, including flight schools, airlines, government organizations, and more.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, ensuring the company's offerings remain competitive and relevant.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of aviation simulators, their features, and capabilities to effectively communicate the value they provide.
  • Develop a good understanding of a pilot training curriculum under different aviation authorities to support building business cases for our customers
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring all terms are favourable to the company.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to the executive team, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product development and improvement.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:

  • BSc in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (MSc degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in aviation-related B2Bbusiness.
  • Strong understanding of aviation industry dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong hunting mindset
  • Good understanding of commercial contracting for investment goods in B2B business
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Good communication skills in German (min. B2 level) and English.
  • Work permit for Switzerland.
  • Place of work will be onsite in Stettbach (Switzerland) with 30% - 40% travel activity worldwide.

A PLUS WOULD BE:

  • Experience in aviation simulator sales.
  • Further language skills.
