YOUR MISSION


ExpressCredit Namibia is seeking a motivated and hands-on Regional Manager

to lead and support branch operations across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch performance, ensuring operational compliance, and developing high-performing teams.


Job Duties :


-Lead and manage Branch Managers and regional sales teams.

-Drive regional sales performance and achievement of targets.

-Conduct regular branch visits and audits to ensure compliance with company -policies and procedures.

-Monitor branch operations, financial performance, and service delivery standards.

-Identify business growth opportunities and support branch expansion initiatives.

-Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.

-Coach, mentor, and develop branch teams to achieve operational and sales excellence.

-Work closely with HR on recruitment, employee development, and performance management.



 

YOUR PROFILE

-Grade 12 and a qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, Finance, Banking, Management, or a related field.

-Minimum of 3 years' sales experience within the financial services sector or a similar environment.

-Previous experience in microfinance, financial services, or insurance will be an added advantage.

-Proven experience managing and motivating sales teams.

-Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.

-Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

-Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively .

-Recent Clear code of conduct .
