JOB MISSION:

Report to the Branch Manager. Your primary responsibility is to retain current sales and identify opportunities to cross and upsell the company's products through interacting with existing and potential customers.


DUTIES


  • Present and sell ExpressCredit products and services to current and potential clients
  • Ensure that loan applications are filled completely and accurately by the customers
  • Inform customers of loan requirements, application processes and other procedures to avoid unnecessary queries
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and projections
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Identify sales prospects and contacts
  • Actively participate in sales activations campaigns, e.g. distribute flyers and actively generate sales by assisting customers
  • Maintain sales materials and be up to date with product information
  • Ensure that excellent service standards are met through assisting customers
  • Present ExpressCredit and loans to customers
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients and potential clients
  • Continually identify new business opportunities and actively grow ExpressCredit client base



Requirements

  • COP-Long Term is a MUST
  • Minimum of BGCSE
  • Sales & Marketing qualification or related field will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum two years experience as a DSA in microfinancing, banking or insurance
  • Active listening skills to efficiently identify customers financial needs and calculate client affordability
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with potential clients
  • Proven track record of converting opportunities into sales revenue
  • Proficiency in computer applications
