  • Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture and document business requirements both at high and detail level
  • Develop detailed wireframes, use cases, and other specifications to be used during implementation, testing, and maintenance of a feature
  • Ensure effective requirement and specification handover to the development team
  • Support the team on day to day basis by clarifying detailed questions about the requirements
  • Supporting requirements validation, preparing information and presentations for stakeholders and team members to address questions regarding proposed product decisions
  • Improve the quality by reviewing related test cases before a feature is implemented and doing a high level functional verification of the implemented features
  • Assisting in:
  • strategic business planning and defining new projects
  • defining project goals and scope
  • improving product user experience, including user interface prototyping
  • data analysis of product performance monitoring
  • participate in scope planning and backlog estimation
  • Provide guidance, education and mentoring to Business Analyst team member


  • At least 3+ years' experience in IT Business Analyst, Functional designer, Systems analyst or related field
  • At least bachelors degree in Accounting, Financial management, or natural sciences
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Effective collaboration skills with project team and all levels of management
  • Detailed and result oriented personality with ability to identify dependencies efficiently
  • Ability to operate independently, and as part of a team
  • Ability to plan and execute requirement analysis in a logical, structured, systematic manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good presentation skills
