YOUR MISSION


ExpressCredit Namibia is seeking a motivated and hands-on Loan Officer to promote ExpressCredit Namibia products across assigned branches and regions, collecting repayments, conducting client assessments, and verifying borrower information. Supports microfinance expansion through effective client communication, market intelligence gathering, loan compliance, and excellent customer service. Requires a self‑motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills who can work independently across multiple locations


Job Duties :



  • Provide clear and accurate information on company products to clients.
  • Actively sell and cross‑sell products to acquire new customers.
  • Grow and maintain the client base to meet sales targets.
  • Assess client credit risk and repayment capability before loan approval.
  • Capture customer accounts and upload complete loan documentation in the system.
  • Manage loan files, ensuring proper filing, archiving, and data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, underwriting rules, and confidentiality standards.
  • Process customer queries, complaints, and refunds professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting branch sales plans and portfolio growth .

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • 1 to 2 years years of experience in sales within the financial services sector .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Self‑motivated with strong organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and accurate in handling information.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Valid Police Clearance required .
