YOUR MISSION

As our Junior Product Manager, you will help turn business needs and customer insights into clear requirements and real product improvements.


  • Support the Product Manager with product research, analysis, business cases, and product documentation
  • Prepare clear business requirements, process flows, use cases, and documentation for new features and improvements
  • Analyse existing lending products, including performance, customer journeys, and operational challenges, and help identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the preparation and launch of new products, including future market expansion
  • Coordinate day-to-day product activities with Risk, Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, and other stakeholders
  • Support product economics calculations and initiatives aimed at improving product profitability
  • Maintain product documentation and follow agreed requirements and actions through to implementation
  • Help ensure that ideas don't simply stay on paper but are transformed into tangible business and customer value


YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, IT, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, financial services, FinTech, or a similar environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and findings into practical recommendations
  • Ability to prepare clear business requirements, process flows, use cases, and other product documentation
  • Good understanding of customer journeys and the ability to identify opportunities for product and process improvement
  • Strong organizational skills and confidence coordinating multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in lending, FinTech, or digital financial products will be considered an advantage
